He completed the job 10 weeks early which allowed us to move in before Christmas and settle in before the holiday deluge of visitors. Nothing was too much trouble for either Graham or his team. Graham is the best builder that I have had the pleasure to be involved with. The site on the Tugun hillside was difficult and I'm certain the architect / owner client was equally challenging. Graham and his team excelled both on a personal level and as craftsmen.
Graham employs a friendly and skilled team of tradesmen, and has an excellent network of subcontractors. These subcontractors continue to help me with small jobs even now.
The materials used were first class and Graham prided himself on getting the job right. For this reason, I'm confident that Graham has built a durable house that will stand up to the harsh seaside conditions, and that my maintenance costs will be minimal.

Eco projects built the house at West End for clients Mr & Mrs Collins-Woolcock during 2015 & as the architect I managed the process dealing with Graham and his staff & sub contractors on a daily basis.
Their attitude, ability to resolve problems and final product are all excellent and I will use Graham again for other projects. The client's got a great home, Graham finished ahead of time and through good communication we kept variations and issues to a minimum
